Obituary of Bonnie Lee (Bailey) Hail

Bonnie Lee (Bailey) Hail, age 64, passed away on December 14, 2016, at Ardmore, Okla. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 6, 2017, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest. Bonnie graduated from Dickson High School in 1971. She married Jimmy Hoosier and had one daughter in 1971, Kimberly Hoosier Warner. She and Jimmy divorced after four years of marriage. She married Rusty Hail in the early 1980's and they had one son together, Christopher Cody Hail. After twenty years of marriage, they too divorced. Bonnie moved back to Ardmore to live out her days with Charlie Stevens, until he died in 2015, whom she had loved since high school. She was a dog groomer by trade for over 35 years. She loved dogs. Bonnie has three grandchildren: Bailey, Matlyn, and Camden, who were the light of her life. She had been looking forward to moving to Oklahoma City to spend more time with her family and grandchildren when she died. Bonnie enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and spending time with them. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bernice Allen Howard; father, Fred Bailey; brothers: Don Bailey, George Bailey, Tommy Bailey, and a twin brother, Johnny Bailey; sister, Peggy Thompson; long time boyfriend, Charlie Stevens; roommate; Terry Norman; and best friend, Peggy Jackson. Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Warner and husband, Matt Warner, of Jones, Okla., and son, Cody Hail and wife, Elizabeth, of Yukon, Okla., Grandchildren: Bailey Warner of Edmond, Okla., Matlyn Warner of Jones, Okla., and Camden Hail of Yukon, Okla., two sisters: Faye Harrison of Arlington, Texas, and Ruby McCartney of Healdton, Okla., and numerous nieces and nephews.
