James C. Williams, age 96, passed away on May 1, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 6, 2017, at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Ardmore, Okla.
James was born on July 26, 1920 in Ascher, Okla. His family are long-time residents of Ardmore, Okla. In his youth, he served in the CCC camps of Oklahoma. James served in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. After 21 years of service in the Army, he moved to Tampa, Florida, where he was the owner of several service stations throughout the Tampa area.
He is survived by his daughter Carol Dianne Sulik, and two grandchildren, Cindy Johnson and Steven James Sulik.
