Growing up on "G" Street in Ardmore, we lived right across the street from the Harkins family. The kids were a few years older than my brother (Doug) and myself but were always kind to us. Bill & Margie were always kind and would wave and occasionally my dad would chat with Bill. Margie was very sweet and so nice to all the kids in the neighborhood. I've often thought of them and the family over the years since moving away from Ardmore. But my childhood memories on "G" Street will always include the Harkins family, as well as a few of the other families. My prayers to Bill, Jimmy, Donna, Billy & the rest of the family.
