Obituary of Brandon Scott Brown

Brandon Scott Brown, 20 years old, of Ardmore, Okla., passed away on November 27, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Okla. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 1, 2018 in The Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Pastor Roy Fountain officiating. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.


Brandon was born in Ardmore, Okla. to Rickey and Chanlyn (Agan) Brown on January 22, 1998. He attended Oak Hall Episcopal School and Dickson High School. He graduated from Dickson. After his graduation, Brandon worked for Dickson Dollar General. He will be remembered as a creative person that had a skill in relaying his stories and designing, modeling and building his own 3D prints. He loved to cook and would love to get a new recipe.  Brandon’s hobby was cars; he was a dirt track racing enthusiast and was in the process of working on his own car. Just like any other battle, he bravely fought his battle with cancer.

 

Brandon is preceded in death by his father.

Brandon is survived by his mother, Chanlyn Brown and her husband, Don Haggard, four brothers, Blake Brown and Fiancé, Daisy Witt, brother, Drake Haggard, Delano Haggard and Sean Dofelmire, one sister, Savahanna Haggard, all of Ardmore, Okla. and maternal grandparents, Charles and Angel Strebeck.
 

Those serving as pallbearers will be Blake Brown, Cody Mays, Drake Haggard, A.J. Moss, Blake Mays, Delano Haggard, Sean Dofelmire and Jeremy Strebeck.
 

The family has requested casual wear for the services.
