Velma Louise Marshall, age 64, passed away on September 5, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Okla. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest Funeral Home, with Pastor Donny Custar officiating. A private burial will be held at Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, Okla.
Velma was born on February 14, 1959, to Gerald Marshall and Shirley Ann (Knight) Marshall, in Ardmore, Okla. She resided in Del City in the Reliant Living Center and worked in various workshops in the Del City area. She loved going to McDonalds and Sonic with her family. Velma loved going shopping anytime she could.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Gene Allen Marshall, Frank Marshall, and Anita Adcock.
Velma is survived by two sisters, Betty Wickware and Treva Marshall, two brothers, Ray Marshall, and Ernest Marshall. Numerous nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, on Monday, September 11, 2023
at Griffin ~ Hillcrest.
