Obituary of Reggie Brian Thomas

Reggie Brian Thomas, age 50, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016, at Ardmore, Okla. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, February 26, 2016, at Nelda Cemetery with Pastor Steve Wall officiating. Reggie was born on July 30, 1965, in Ardmore, Okla., to William Thomas and Eliza Jane (Robert) Thomas. He attended Dickson High School and went to work for Ponders Restaurant for many years as a cook until it closed. Reggie was an avid OU fan. He was preceded in death by his father, William Thomas, brothers; Roger, Wesley, and Jimmy, and Aaron Thomas, and sisters; Nina Sue Alvarez and Margie Beth Thomas. Reggie is survived by his mother, Eliza Jane Thomas, of the home, one son, Dustin Lawrence Brown, of Ardmore, Okla., and three daughters; Stephanie Thomas, of Polson Missouri, Alisha Thomas Adams, and husband James, of Kalispell, Missouri, and Jessie Black, of Healdton, Okla., and nine grandchildren. Brothers; Danny Thomas, and Richard Williams, both of Ardmore, and sister, Patricia Mouse, of Tahlequah, Okla., and two uncles, Bobby Thomas of Ardmore, Okla., and Joe Roberts of Newcastle, Okla. Two aunts; Mary Lois Bond of Ardmore, Okla., and Lucretia Brown of Oklahoma City, Okla. Numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 25, 2016, in The Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest, Ardmore, Okla.
